Children's Python

Children's Pythons aren't name because they make good pets for children. They're actually named after an English naturalist, J. G. Children. But, due to their small size and their (normally) docile personality, they do make fairly good pets.

Children's Pythons are part of a group of small pythons that can be found over most of Australia. Children's Pythons are found in the top part of Australia, with the other members of the group found elsewhere.
